3. User Registration

• Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension of your account.

4. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon OTP verification and completion of the complaint form.
• Technicians provide the final invoice after service completion.
• Payment can be made via cash or supported digital methods (UPI, wallet, card).
• Prices shown are indicative and may vary based on actual service scope.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Users may cancel or reschedule a booking through the user panel.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Refunds (if any) will be processed based on the payment method used and may take up to 7 working days.

6. Technician Conduct

All technicians are background-verified and trained.

• We strive for the best service experience, but we are not liable for delays or behavior outside our control.
• Any misconduct should be reported immediately for investigation.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Interfere with the service or platform functionality
• Impersonate others or submit false information

8. Liability Disclaimer

We act as an intermediary between users and service providers (technicians/agencies).

• While we verify and manage professionals, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the service provided.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or error-free performance.

All content, logos, designs, and graphics on this website are the property of Claimr and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
